Your age is not your worth 💫

In Sir Ken Robinson’s iconic TED Talk, Do Schools Kill Creativity?, he states:
"A three-year-old is not half a six-year-old". This deeply resonated with me.

Growing up in a Montessori school, I was fortunate to experience an environment where I was treated as uniquely valuable, at every age. My voice was respected, and the learning environment was tailored to my capacities. 🔥
This taught me to value myself and my perspective, even though, like many, I later wrestled with imposter syndrome.
🦸♀️ As children, we ask questions fearlessly, admit when we don’t know something, and take risks, even if failure is likely.
As Sir Ken observed:
"If you're not prepared to be wrong, you'll never come up with anything original […] by the time they get to be adults, most kids have lost that capacity. They have become frightened of being wrong. And we run our companies like this. We stigmatize mistakes.” 👨✈️ Remember, this imposter syndrome?
This is a message I shared with my students last year:
👉 Your worth is not defined by your age, experience, or years since graduation (whether it’s 2 or 55). Your value lies in what you bring to the table today.
🌟 Never be afraid to ask, learn, and show who you are. 🌟
When was the last time you owned your worth and showed up fully?
