You only have one life. Forget balance. Think puzzle.

When I arrived in Shanghai, my view on work completely shifted.
I met people who had one main job and at the same time were: co-owning restaurants or companies, consulting, volunteering, parenting…
💡They weren’t organizing their lives around work.
They were organizing work as one piece of their life.
That’s when it became clear:
- What you enjoy doesn’t have to become your job.
- Your job doesn’t have to become your life.
Alignment is not about finding THE right job, right role, or right path.
Alignment is about assembling what feels right, now, like a puzzle.

🧩 The good news?
• You can fit many activities, roles, and people
• Pieces can be changed
• Some pieces don’t fit now but may fit later
• Sometimes, you need to remove some pieces to make space for new ones
So as this year unfolds, ask yourself:
👉 What do you want to keep?
👉 What do you want to add?
👉 What should you remove?
Start with the puzzle.
Move the pieces until they align.
