Why don’t you achieve your objectives? (1/2)

Most people start the year with big dreams and resolutions, yet only a few see them through. Why is that?

Often, our objectives are a mix of:
🎅 A “Santa’s wish list” (dreams we rarely act on)
📋 A to-do list we’ve been carrying for years (eat more veggies, hit the gym, etc.)
🛒 A shopping list (things that excite us momentarily mixed with “should-do’s”).
💡 Here’s the good news: this messy list isn’t a bad place to start!
Here is the approach I take with my clients:
1️⃣ Write it ALL down!
Your must-dos, dreams and (especially!) the wildest ideas. Cover all areas: career, family, health, relationships, finances...
Why? It clears your mind and gives you CLARITY.
2️⃣ Ask yourself the right questions:
✔️ Is this something that is truly important to you or just something you feel you “should” do?
✔️ What makes this objective important to you?
✔️ Is it an objective you should prioritize this year? Should it go on your “nice-to-have” list?
By prioritizing, you can FOCUS.
3️⃣ Know the real why 🌟
Do you need to 'lose weight', or do you want to stay healthy and active enough to one day play with your grandkids? 🧒
Knowing the WHY behind each objective empowers long-term action. It's the difference between feeling deprived and feeling inspired!

🔎 Why do most people fail to achieve their objectives?
1 - They don’t know how to define a real objective
2️ - They don’t understand their importance
