Have you ever woken up after a "good" night's sleep, only to still feel tired?

👉 Feeling tired can mask a lack of purpose

Many of my clients, dissatisfied with their current professional lives, describe this well.

Even when they're not overwhelmed with work, they still feel exhausted. They're unmotivated, even when tasks are simple or related to personal interests. It's what we now recognize as the "bored-out" effect.

👉 Feeling tired can reflect an unsolved emotional state

Tiredness is often a symptom of sadness.

Our brains and nervous systems need to recharge, and processing emotions takes a lot of energy. Ignoring our emotions and not acting on them can be draining. The brain has a way of making us acknowledge how we feel, sometimes through physical symptoms like fatigue.

👉 Feeling tired can signal a lack of clarity

Being clear on who you are and what you want to do, brings you clarity and peace.

But when life feels misaligned with your values, it creates stress— and stress is exhausting. Our brains love simplicity. The clearer your goals and direction, the easier it becomes to get things done. Setting clear goals, plans, and deadlines can help alleviate that mental strain.

🌟 Knowing who you truly are and what's important to you will bring you clarity, focus and the energy to live the life you want!
