A few days ago, I had the pleasure of leading a workshop on letting go: a vital skill in a world where repetitive thoughts and personal expectations often weigh on our well-being.

👉 Together, we explored:
• What holds us back from letting go: those recurring thoughts that keep us stuck in tension.
• How to identify and release inner barriers to regain a sense of freedom (even if it means surrendering a bit of trust and control!).
• Practical tools to integrate letting go into our daily lives in a sustainable way.
🧠 Through mindfulness exercises and guided reflections, each participant took a step toward a more peaceful, open, and flexible approach to their personal and professional lives.
What did I take away?
