Sometimes, when you're feeling drained, taking a nap or binge-watching shows might do more harm than good. 


On the other hand, trying something new, like visiting a new place or starting a new activity, can leave you feeling more refreshed than staying home. 


💡 Knowing yourself and what you want, also means understanding what recharges your energy and brings you peace. 


Here are a few ways to restore your energy beyond just sleep and rest:


✅ Setting clear goals that matter to you 


✅ Letting go of events or people that trigger negative emotions


✅ Doing something that you enjoy wihout specific expectations of the outcome
